A girl finds herself in a dire situation when she becomes pregnant due to a one-night stand with her shy neighbour, who is ungainly. She is terrified due to the difficulties of the future, as well as the fact that she always has to scrounge up money. Consequently, the woman is in a rush to meet a rich businessman. Thus, sneaking in his life the lady not only carries the baby but even makes the man believe it is his. Despite the fact that sometimes the woman feels that she would not be able to continue lying especially when trust and emotions start playing their part, finally, it is worth the effort. However, her choices spark a chain reaction of swirling events that she must ponder if she ever is going to make it right. The author tells the story in such a fashion that some people participate in secret criminal activity while others get embroiled in accidental human connections caused by a deep crisis.
